Constructing the Baravelle Triangle
CONSTRUCTING THE BARAVELLE TRIANGLE
1. Construct an equilateral triangle.
2. Hide the polygon.
3. Construct the midpoint of each side of the triangle.
4. Use the segment tool to construct four equilateral triangles using the six points above.
5. Select all points and reduce the point size to 1.
6. Select Create New Tool from the file menu.
7. Select the three segments forming the inner polygon, point D, point E, and point F as output objects.
8. Select points A and B as the input objects.
9. Name the tool and click Finish.
10. Use the newly created tool to construct the Baravelle Triangle.
